Delete a battery inspection before it is saved or submitted

  • Either an Administrator or a Technician can delete a battery inspection before it is saved or submitted.
  • The main reason to delete a battery inspection before it is saved or submitted is if a Technician has clicked the Inspect tile by mistake.
  • A battery inspection that is not saved or submitted can be identified by a small clock symbol in the upper right of the Inspect tile.

To delete a battery inspection before it is saved or submitted:

  • From the customer Library click the Inspect tile with the clock symbol.
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the -Inspection button.
  • A delete confirmation will appear.
  • Click DELETE and a Inspection deleted confirmation will appear.
  • You will be taken back to the customer Library.
