- If at any time during a battery inspection a technician is interrupted or needs to search online help for clarification they can Pause & Exit the inspection without losing any data by clicking the Pause & Exit link below the Next or Save tile at the bottom of the page.
- If for any reason a technician Pauses or Exits an inspection the inspection tile in the customer Library will display a “clock” symbol indicating that the inspection is not complete.
