As a Technician the first thing you will likely want to do is Add a Customer.
As a Technician you will be able to perform the following:
- Add customers and Add batteries.
- Add additional locations for customers with multiple branches.
- Perform battery inspections.
- Perform battery watering.
- Add a new item to a list from a Battery inspection.
- Sort the batteries in all customers’ libraries.
- View all customers’ individual battery inspections and watering histories.
- View all customers’ Analysis pages containing Assessment comments and Analytical graphs.
- Edit Analysis page Assessment comments.
- Edit customers’ inspection and watering scheduled frequency.
