Add a Customer

Before you can Add or inspect a Battery you must first Add a Customer to whom the battery is assigned.

To Add a Customer:

  • From the Dashboard click the Add customer tile.
  • There are customer identifier fields for internal use and branch locations.
  • Address Line 1 will self fill the remaining address information.
  • If the customer has a Bay or Unit number use Line 2 for it.
  • When finished you will be taken to the customer Library where you can now Add a Battery.
