Deactivate a User

  • Only an Administrator can Deactivate a User.
  • A User is someone who has been invited to access Voltelligent.
  • Some reasons to Deactivate a User could be:
  • An employee is no longer employed by your company.
  • A customer contact no longer works for that customer.
  • A customer has changed service providers or the customer has closed their business.

To Deactivate a User:

  • From the Dashboard click the Admin tile at the top left.
  • Click the Users tile.
  • Click the Edit link to the right of the user.
  • Scroll to the bottom and click the Deactivate user link.
  • Click Update to return to the Users list.
